I m following factory KPI and reporting factory director and we talks on the KPI's factory situation. To calculating a machines saturation and define bottleneck machines and solving a capacity problems. If we investing a new machine, make a payback analysis. Sometimes change a setup time or methodology ı m doing a time study analysis. I gain experince report skills and calculation skills. ı can doing diffrent time study analysis, one of them SMED, another one is normal time measurement.

I started launch engineer to seating frame department. My first project was FIAT TIPO seating. I prepared all operations cards, synoptics and P-FMEA with our deparmant collegues. Second project was DACIA DUSTER seating in Romania Factory. I had been stayed 4 months for this project. For this project ı worked front seating system. I saw all the DV phases and passed succesfull for the customer. I gain experience launch systematic, planing and commissioning activities and FMEA

2 internship was done. One of them Beyçelik Gestamp A.Ş. in Turkey, another one is Blitz Fertigung in Berlin. Last one is Erasmus project. I had been stayed 3 months in Berlin. I completed my graduation thesis with TUBITAK scholarship. After graduated ı went to England for a language course.
