Managing orders, deliveries and claims of Customers, dealing with material flow tasks like sales planning and invoicing. Customer collaboration through face to face meetings. Cooperatioin with the Logistics Service Provider.

Preparing forecast, handle orders within the Service Level Agreement, being in daily touch with suppliers and stakeholders, making sure that the requestors receive the desired product in time while keeping SOX compliancy.
