Administration of the operation of supply chain for summer camp including ordering of stock, planning deliveries, controlling and keeping stock levels. Management of the program office, balancing store accounts for customers, planning schedules and directing the office assistants, covering phones and assisting the program director.

Planning and organizing transport, advising shipments, preparing transport and customs clearance documents, checking and controlling transport and storage documents. Leading research of the European logistic market. Making cost and data analysis. Assistance at purchasing, accounts and administration departments through – registering invoices, leading petty cash, keeping purchase orders records and conducting basic purchases for the company, organizing business trips. Working with EFI MIS/ERP system.

Work on projects related with new investments and company’s growing business. Looking for optimal logistics solutions and cost for the company, making cost and data analysis, making comparisons, research of European logistic market and its detailed study.

Work in shipping department with forwarders, helping at accounting department.

Work at Marketing and Public Relations departments.
