Training Operations Manager
I play an integral internal and external role in planning and coordinating training services for key accounts and maintain a high standard by advising the client of adequate training modalities that fit their needs. This enables a high data quality outcome while implementing cost effective measures and building lasting relationships.
I am responsible to create and review project specific training plans and to coordinate the assignment of resources. Facing the Covid-19 pandemic, I developed and executed a fully virtual training program including pricing structure based on client’s requirements and needs. To streamline and centralize audit-proof administration and tracking of client-facing trainings, I designed the Education and Training Management database.
