As a team-member of Sanofi's global Compensation & Benefits team, managed the team Compensation for the region GSA. Responsible for continuous development of compensation structures and programs as well as the following projects: finalisation of job-grading roll-out; development & implementation of salary & total-rewards ranges; introduction of compensation-module of Workday; roll-out of new global-mobility policy.

Devise and implement group-wide labor relations policies, coordinate European Works Council activities.

Devise and implement HR-related strategy and policies for Austrian business (1000 employees), manage team of 15 HR professionals, implement new HR structure incl. Centres of Expertise.

Develop & implement compensation & benefit policies for Austrian subsidiary (1000 employees), responsible for headcount budget & HR controlling measures, manage team of 8 employees

Managed compensation & benefits across 16 countries, 2 direct reports, also dealt with headcount budget and HR metrics.

During my internship I managed a project relating to the annual organisation review. 250 Managers from 20 reviewed. I also implemented a monthly headcount reporting process covering 6500 employees in 30 countries.

I provided financial analysis of target companies on the basis of cash-flow models and due-diligence reports. I drafted client presentations and prepared financing packages.
