As a business process analyst and manager at trivago, I lead optimization of processes within Finance and Human Resources. I map and evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, elicit requirements, and develop and implement solutions while ensuring SOX compliance.

As an organizational development manager, I acted also as an organizational design manager. I led the development and improvement of projects and processes which increased the productivity and effectiveness of teams and individual talents from APAC, EMEIA, and Americas.

As a Country Manager, I acted as a general manager and business analyst. I developed and drove country-specific strategies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and ensured all operational activities are aligned and working towards the same strategic business goal. I managed productivity and provided support for a cross-functional team of 7+. Leaded communication with external parties.
