I led the conduction Site Improvement through Monitoring Systems (SIMS) assessments in all PEPFAR funded sites that implement HIV/AIDS and TB programs amongst the general population, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, and Key population (MSM, IDU and FSW) leading more than 100 assessments (Hospitals, CSOs and Government institutions) to improve quality standards.

Assisted in providing support in the coordination of SIDHAS project programmatic components; data collation and drafting of reports in the State. Assisted in Planning and organizing logistics for monthly Joint State Implementation team meetings.

As a General Physician, provided general healthcare services to patients, admitted patients, assisted major surgeries, performed minor procedures and participated in health education and promotion.
