- Manage Cisco switches, routers, WLC, and firewalls(ASA, Fortinet, Gateway Proxies) - Monitor network equipment - Modified, updated procedures for each client to reflect changes in topology, and for troubleshooting guidance. The technologies I've worked with: Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points, Fortigate Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, HP monitoring tools, Windows Servers, Redhat Linux, Vmware, Citrix, and various web proxy technologies.

-Provided technical support, assisting them with PC, server, network equipment and hardware problems via phone, email or onsite visits. -To take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site. -To Follow-up of tickets with the customer and to escalate to 3rd line or higher level. -Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes and defined SLAs.

-Helping OFFICE 365 migration project. -On-site interventions on Pharmacy sites all around Belgium. -Hardware and software troubleshooting. -Managing pharmacy servers (replacing hardware, upgrading RAM etc...) -Configuring of network printers. -Upgrade storage software (NAS) and configure static DHCP and DNS settings. -Active directory (unlock accounts and reset passwords)...
