As Part of the leadership team I built Sharpist's people organisation and IT operations as true culture champions, driving a performance driven culture across every element of the company. We deliver the strategy with scalable best practices and HR products across the our landscape of highly talented people, systems and our processes. One of the key areas which I focus on for HR is "how do we really know the business through the customer's eyes".

In my role I project managed several strategic areas of diversity challenges for MSFT. Delivered scalable solutions how to best leverage tools and systems across the teams. I acted as the Strategy Point of Contact for our Belux Business Leader & HRD. Microsoft allowed me to drive one of my major passions: Social Mobility & Equity in the Workplace.

Supported diversity projects working across EMEA Building out partnerships across the regions the enhance DIBS in Tech for Videojet Started diversity programs in NL & DE with external partners facilitating the training and coaching of the hiring community. Built out strategy projects for talent development and hiring needs with EMEA GM and VP population

EMEA Project LIFT -> building out EMEA strategy for international cohorts of pre-sales trainee programs, including hiring and onboarding 13 high potentials in 5 countries in Europe.

In LinkedIn's Talent Team we identify what makes the industries' highest performers go that extra mile and the ones that have the true potential to join that list. As part of this amazing team my remit was EMEA with an emphasis on the German speaking geography. I supported the organisation in G&A, Sales/Marketing and leadership challenges. Built fantastic relationships with a bunch of genuinely lovely, inspiring and most talented people on the planet.

Freelance German language role looking predominantly after DACH Managed Talent Projects for bio-pharm sales, marketing and legal in predominantly Germany, but also covered challenges France, UK, Russia, Poland, Czech rep. and Slovakia. Participated in the ATS (Avature) implementation, testing, customising and user training
