Business Line Controller for Industrial PC's within the HQ of DI FA CTR. Responsibility for all Finance Topics. Partner for Business Line Head, R&D and PRM colleagues. Main tasks: Product profitability controlling, P&L analysis, R&D controlling (including forecasting), Cost of sales- and selling expenses-controlling, continuous improvement of reporting process, identification of potential improvement fields for the Business Line.

Responsibility for active semiconductors which includes: Memories, Micros/ASICs, analog- and discrete-semiconductors. In charge of pricing, sourcing strategy, leading the material strategy team and escalation contact for logistic escalations. Main tasks: price negotiation, development of sourcing strategy together with the material strategy team, market screening and introduction of new suppliers, supplier evaluation and continuos supplier improvement, proactive link between supplier and R&D.

Responsibility for different material fields: PCBs, Windings, Relays, Switches. Accountable for a performing supply chain in regard of all logistic aspects to secure a running production in the plant. Close contact to both, the plant with all its functions like production planning and quality management, as well as very close contact to the suppliers. Gained a lot of experience while having a lot of supplier contact on fairs, events and national and international business trips.
