In charge of product developpement for innovation projects focusing on reduction of emissions and thermal management for CVE, LVE and EV. Following projects from first concepts until prototyping and pre serial production. Working with engineering team (CAD Designer, Specialist) in order to develop disruptive solutions achieving cost, feasibility, timing and performance requirements. Establishing specifications and exchanges with suppliers for key components. Creating and performing DVP based on FA and FMEA.

Programming of a software in order to transform an iPad into an optical extensometer. Quick prototyping in order to perform validation of the programm.

Study of welding beams cracks with finite element analysis. Update of finite element models from the overhead cranes database. Creation of an Excel tool allowing quick lifetime assessment of products with inputs data from customers.

Receiving and processing new contracts from professional customers.

Working on the supply chain in order to fulfill customers orders based on available stocks.
