• Planning and ensuring of homologation (DeBo, NoBo, ISA/AsBo) activities for the train fleets to obtain the authorisation for placing on the market in DACH countries • Review technical documentation of trains equipped with signalling systems ETCS L1&L2. In addition Class-B STM interfaces e.g. PZB/LZB, ZUB/GNT with EVC, DMI, JRU, TCMS etc. • Defining the scope of test and proofs in cooperation with authorities & make required applications to NSA/ERA in accordance with 4th Railway Package

Doha Metro Project [GoA 4 - CBTC System] MMHKT JV (MHI-Mitsubishi-Hitachi-Kinki Sharyo-Thales) • In charge of managing testing & commissioning activities for Metro Depot facilities & equipment for the Rolling Stock Operation and Maintenance • Interface consortium parties & subcontractors to coordinate subsystems T&C activities with Site Acceptance Tests • Ensuring evidence of satisfactory testing & commissioning results compiled in support of handover strategy

Marmaray CR-3 Rail Upgrading [ETCSL1 & CBTC System] OHL-Siemens JV / FIDIC Silver Book Contract • To ensure that the System Processes and documentation system in organized in accordance with Employer’s Requirements • Closure of non-conformities and implementation of QMS system complying international standards & ISO 9001 requirements • Factory acceptance tests & site acceptance tests complying required standards • Safety assessment for the correct integration of signalling system (with TÜV-SÜD)
