 Responsible of the Materials Planning and Logistics Department.  Control and KPI's follow-up like Inventory DOH, Inventory Accuracy, turn rate, shut downs, Customer score card as VWM, FCA, and Intercompany Tenneco.  Follow up customs, and traffic & commerce activities.

 Responsible for the logistical planning of the new projects.  Customer service for new customers (Magna, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Adient, Lear).  Design, development and calculation of packaging and logistics chain for new products.

 Responsible of the Logistics and Materials Deparment.  Improve Warehouse performance  Ensure coverage of the VW process, with the correct sequencing of finished product.

Responsible of the Logistics and Materials Department. Plan the strategy for the correct supply of the logistics chain within the company (materials, warehouses, transportation, resources, devices, supplies to production lines). Control and follow-up of KPIs such as Inventory turn rate, line stops, score card with clients. Development of improvement proposal for resource optimization, and savings.
