Responsible for commerce & customer support in the store Gran Plaza 2 in Majadahonda. Administration and coordination of the exclusive shop of Boxeur with managing 4 persons. This included customer care, accounting, import and export of clothes, seasonal changes for the shop.

Answering & managing calls from customers which need informationa about the services of Llamaya. This included managing technical problems, first aid of smaller issues and connecting customers to employees of the technical department.

Responsible for the reception and apartments of the Hotel. Here I worked in the functions of Customer Support, Check-Ins, Check-Outs, administration of clients, information desk and invoicing. Also, I was in charge of housekeeping.
