Ben Newton

As owner of a small company my day to day job covers the day to day running, dealing with client requests, and completing design work.

I worked as web and graphic designer both independently and as part of in-house teams on internet, intranet and web application projects.

I was part of the marchFIRST Zurich web team, working on high profile e-commerce, leisure and information based websites. Later, after the Zurich office had closed I was transferred to the Geneva office.

I was part of the training department responsible for the development of multilingual (English, German, French, Italian) internet, intranet solutions, and printed guides. Our primary customer was UBS private banking.

As a member of the information design department, I was responsible for corporate marketing and international training materials. Also we worked on various EU funded projects.

Information dissemination, user targeting, interface design, html development, pre-press print production, typography, technical illustration, photography, video editing, animation & art history.
