• Direct management of all global gaming advertising budget • Media planning for the games division, aligning advertiser expectations and distribution capabilities • Responsible for budget allocation among all distribution channels including Social, Search, Display, Contextual traffic in Mobile and Online formats • Monthly and quarterly setting, execution and monitoring of team’s KPIs • Top advertisers account management and relationship building • Performance and results reporting directly to C-level

• Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for top online and mobile gaming advertisers • Directly responsible for 60% of company’s annual gaming-related revenues (5Mio EUR) • First point of contact with crobo San Francisco branch, for alignment of advertiser shared-accounts and US-advertiser reporting

• Account management of 25+ gaming advertiser accounts with focus in the European markets • Ongoing up-selling and cross-selling of the company’s services through direct new and existing client communication, and external pitching • Main responsible for fraud-identification, management and traffic optimization

• Account management of 50+ SMB accounts within the gaming industry to match with the company’s different ventures and capabilities • Key player and potential client research and analysis • Support in the creation of core processes and team structure for the company’s new venture (crobo GmbH)

• Support the division’s managers in the planning and execution of mobile marketing campaigns • Responsible for the maintenance of the core B2B communication network • Creation and presentation of performance reports and presentations • Induction and training of new employees into the department’s processes, systems and tools

• Event planning and organization in various functions (i.e. Intl. Berlin Air Show, The Quant Foundation, etc.)

• Event planning and organization in various functions (i.e. concerts of international artists like DJ Tiesto, etc.)
