Product management team leader responsible for the design and use of Genient’s new composite application software that integrated web-based applications. This role included supporting pre&post sales with business analysis consultancy, requirements gathering, functional design and project delivery management of composite applications for clients. Significantly I played key roles in winning and delivering the companies first enterprise integration (mashup) projects for Reuters, Regus and Orange.

Management position in charge of client acquisition, and the design and delivery of new media solutions. Responsible for consultancy on new media technologies, business analysis and requirements, pre-sales and sales, information architecture design and project management. Managed medium sized teams covering both the creative and IT components of multimedia solutions (internet, interactive CD, video). Hyperactive was an award winning digital agency in New Zealand in the ‘dotcom 1.0 era.

Managing the media production facilities was a 9 month contract extended to 21 months. Key successes were the redesign and refitting of the studio facilities for digital video technologies, the introduction of an archival digital video tape system, the introduction, design and delivery of online interactive training via the intranet, and the set-up and operation of an interactive live firearms training system. I received several awards for the production of non-broadcast documentaries.
