I am the Head of International Recruitment for Rees Draper Wright and manage internal recruitment for our operations across the UK, Germany and North America.

I manage the Talent Acquisition process for Randstad F&P (the specialist Financial & Professional arm of the business). Acting in a business partnering capacity for a leading global recruitment organisation, I understand and implement recruitment strategy alongside our senior stakeholders.

Progressed through the consultancy ranks prior to leading on Internal Recruitment for our specialist Accountancy and Finance brand across the UK.
