Park recruits every year 10-20 students from leading Design Management programs in 8 European countries as Scouts.
 Jing Jiang and me collaborated as a team to plan, execute and document design research in Finland. During a Three day workshop in Hamburg potential product categories for the German coffee and retail chain Tchibo have been developed.

My roles and responsibilities, beyond the design aspects of the project, was the communication with stakeholders, project planing and facilitating of teamwork to integrate different disciplinary perspectives.
 The project conceptualized a Service-System Platform and Business Models for weather-forecast based heating and cooling control of buildings. We stayed within budget, successfully executed and completed in 50% of the regular time and the proposal was put forward in the innovation pipeline.

I was responsible and accountable for project planing and management of a team of ten students with backgrounds in engineering, business and design form 4 different universities in Helsinki and Stockholm.
The project development a next generation Post Office Locker product-service-system and tested a functional prototype with existing customers: 93% preferred it over the old one. We delivered within budget and time.

Lecture, workshop and tutoring on the use of StoryCards, a tool developed by me to document, analyze rich user research and aid rapid concept development. In the master level course User Inspired Design by Prof. Tuuli Mattelmäki.

The project management and teamwork course is a 2-4 day workshop series where participants learn practice and reflection based how to plan and work as a team. These teams are coached and the coaches are supervised by experienced coaches. My role was in a team to train coaches, support them and lecture during the course.
