• Improve performance of current transmission system • Development of the future vision on manual transmissions performance. • Responsible for the overall Budget of transmission system performance improvements • Plan and perform process Audits in Transmission plants as well as in Vehicle assembly plants. • Lead global cross functional teams implementing Design, Process and production improvements on transmission system components manufactured by Group PSA and internal suppliers and external suppliers.

• Single Point Contact for Quality & Cost engineering for M32/35 and GF9 transmission • Global lead for the integration of the Complete transmission system • Responsible for assembly of the Transmission in the vehicle assembly plants • Review of warranty and Quality data including root cause analysis and implementation of counter measures • Lead Six Sigma Project teams to optimize Cost and Quality • Achievement: Transformer Award 2016: Pull ahead of major cost reduction for the M32 transmission

Development external shift system for next Gen. applications. • Freigabe, Design und Entwicklungsverantwortung für alle Komponenten der externen Schaltbetätigung von manuellen Getrieben • Lieferantenentwicklung • Strategische Ausrichtung der externen Schaltung • Entwicklung von Bauteil- und Systemspezifikationen • Koordination von Konstruktions-, Simulations- und Validierungstätigkeiten • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Testprozeduren
