My daily responsibilities included: - Developing cold outbound business through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. - Managing warm and hot inbound leads in a highly competitive sales environment. - Scheduling and attending remote web demonstrations to educate prospects on Dude Solution's suite of software. - Meeting or exceeding yearly quota ranging up to $250,000.

My role as a Tech Support Specialist was to provide on-demand support for the multitude of universities nationwide that utilized Sequoia Retail Systems' Point-of-Sale solutions. I balanced closing open support tickets and fielding incoming calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

As Installation Coordinator, I managed the installation of various Sequoia Retail Systems' Auxiliary and Bookstore products at universities across the United States. As well as managing software projects for these clients, I also oversaw the procurement and implementation of over $1.5 million in associated 3rd party hardware.

As Office Administrator, I engaged in a variety of tasks ranging from direct contact with customers to working with hardware we deliver to our customers. Throughout my experience here, I have expanded my knowledge of the POS Software industry substantially, while also increasing my proficiency in communication skills, project management, and basic computer skills/knowledge.

I obtained a B.S. Business Administration with a concentration in the field of Finance from the Poole College of Business at North Carolina State University. Additionally, I obtained a Minor in German Studies.

Between transferring from Appalachian State University to North Carolina State University, I attended Wake Technical Community College for a semester to finish out my General Education Courses and transfer them with me once I began at North Carolina State University.

I was an International Business student at the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University. I was pursuing a concentration in German as part of my requirements for this field of study.
