Monitoring of upcoming developments in EMEA financial regulatory landscape via associations. Oversee/manage external financial regulatory audits (EMIR, FMIA) in different jurisdictions. Development/oversight of regulatory requirements and financial regulations specific standard operating procedures (SOP). Data analysis with Python (either ad-hoc or via self-created routines) for regulatory and market risk reporting. Content-related guidance/support for team members incl. review of their work.

Analysis and documentation of regulatory requirements arising out of regulations such as EMIR, FMIA, REMIT and MiFID II. Implementation of requirements - business analysis, process- and IT solution-design. Development and maintainance of Python computation tool to meet regulatory requirements. Prepare and hold training for relevant colleagues to ensure ongoing compliance. Regulatory Risk Reporting to EMEA management.

Market Risk Reporting e.g. daily commenting on trading result estimate for diverse pofrtfolio incl. derivatives (OTC and ET) and weekly VaR assessment; Assisting/managing standardization projects for Excel based market risk reporting with global scope; Position Limit Monitoring; Analysis of reporting and registration obligations arising out of REMIT, process design and implementation to assure compliance; Regualtory reporting e.g. preparation of CFTC Forms and threshold assessments under EMIR.

Mitarbeiter Arbeitsbereich Mirkoökonometrie: Datenaufbereitung und Analyse mit Stata und Excel; Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Vorlesungsfolien und Multiple-Choice Aufgaben (u.a. für `Advanced Econometrics`/`Estimation and Interference in Economics`) mit Latex.
