In my role as Team Lead PMO at Zalando SE, I successfully led a team of Project Managers in the delivery of large-scale logistics hubs. By implementing efficient project processes and providing project management excellence, we ensured the timely and budget-friendly completion of multiple projects simultaneously (800m+ EUR CAPEX investments, 500k+ sqm building footprint)

After managing the planning and implementation of the intralogistics concept in the previous project, I took a step forward and joined the newly founded PMO team and took the role as Project Manager in charge of the large-scale logistics hubs end-to-end delivery on time and budget for a large-scale logistics warehouse project in Northern Italy (150m+ EUR CAPEX investment, 130,000sqm building footprint)

In my role as Project Manager Logistics at Zalando SE, I spearheaded the planning and implementation of a cutting-edge intralogistics system for a major logistic hub in Germany (100m+ EUR CAPEX investment, 130,000sqm building footprint). By designing the concept, securing approvals, and onboarding suppliers, I ensured the successful coordination of this innovative project.

In my role as Geschäftsführer at spielzeugpiraten.de GmbH, I oversee all logistics and finance tasks for our online toy business. By efficiently describing defects in B-goods toys, we aim to give them a second life at competitive prices. Our vision drives us to provide quality toys to customers while focusing on sustainability and affordability.

In my role as project manager logistics at myToys, I led the design and implementation of a new returns process in the central warehouse. Managing both the intralogistics supplier and internal stakeholders, I ensured the process was not only functional on paper but also practical, and ergonomic for on-site operations.
