Managing large-scale projects that require subtitling, dubbing, or AI Dubbing in +60 languages; Leading the People Support, Vendor Relations and Quality Assurance teams to ensure customer success; Developing and executing full-scale action plans to guarantee the quality and timely delivery of the ongoing projects; Sustaining and strengthening relationships with clients; Improving third-party collaborations strategy including but not limited to translators and vendors; Monitoring costs and pricing.

Responsible for managing all acquisition processes including but not limited to contract negotiation, administrating agreements, directing license projects, and operating the department budget; Member of the editorial board at Can Publishing as well as Trendeki Yabancı, a monthly literary magazine published as an iOS and Android application.

Maintaining all foreign communication with rightsholders, publishers and agencies; Organizing the royalty payments as well as all relevant department expenses; Working in cooperation with the public relations department, overseeing press releases and taking active part in domestic and foreign corporate communication.

Founding member of the journal that focuses on experimental literature.

Editing, proofreading, translation, and literary review. Member of the editorial board of the literary journal, Notos.
