Responsible for all aspects in retail business, including discovering new locations for the expansion of our shops, direct contact to our host store (Kaufhof). Hiring and training employees. Controlling budgets, sale targets and stock takes. Implemented and settled store standards and guidelines for all German and Belgium stores.

    Opened and managed first FCUK store in Germany. Hired and trained 60 employees. Managed 18 employees at time. Responsible for all aspects of store, including retail operations, HR, stock takes, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and health & safety. Sales Volume 1.1M€ Communicated with Buying/Merchandising and UK Sales Director. Implemented commercial actions. Adapted UK standards and guidelines to the German market. Was Authorised Signatory empowered to sign cheques, contracts and legal documents.
