Directing 13 stores (concessions) in Germany and 9 store in the Belgium. Opened 23 stores in the last few years. Managing 120 employees at time. Responsible for all aspects in retail business, including discovering new locations for the expansion of our shops, direct contact to our host store (Kaufhof). Hiring and training employees. Controlling budgets, sale targets and stock takes. Implemented and settled store standards and guidelines for all German and Belgium stores.

Opened and managed first FCUK store in Germany. Hired and trained 60 employees. Managed 18 employees at time. Responsible for all aspects of store, including retail operations, HR, stock takes, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and health & safety. Sales Volume 1.1M€ Communicated with Buying/Merchandising and UK Sales Director. Implemented commercial actions. Adapted UK standards and guidelines to the German market. Was Authorised Signatory empowered to sign cheques, contracts and legal documents.

Relocated to UK, selected watch ranges for 8 European countries (45 stores). Coordinated with manufacturer’s brand managers to launch promotional campaigns. Analysed effectiveness of product lines.

Directed all operations for 8 stores in Germany and 1 in Zürich. Reported to the UK based MD of Europe. Recruited, trained, and motivated staffs. Ensured adherence to corporate policies, procedures and commercial guidelines to drive sales. Frequent communication with European Merchandise Manager regarding product.

Key role in SHI’s entry into the northern European markets. Worked closely with the European Area-Manager. Hired and trained 45 original personnel and opened stores in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
