Portfolio and market extension. Integration of the legal entity into EMEA Hub & Global Matrix organisation.

Business Unit Manager for Water and Wastewater Solutions with innovative Filtration Systems (e.g. Ultrafiltration), P&L responsibility. European Carve-out of Pall Water into the Danaher Water Quality Group (WQG), adapting organizational structures. Definition and execution of growth strategies, introduction of remote data services for system technologies.
