• Preparation of raw materials for weekly/monthly production plans according to demand. • Preparation of consolidated shortage list of products for daily production activities & further follow-up with subcontract, & respective vendors for on-time availability of items. • Creating RFQ, Purchase requests/Orders through SAP MM for arranging required materials for daily/monthly production. • Supervising the manufacturing process for a smooth flow of operation.

• Planning for the monthly requirement of machines and manpower according to monthly production planning and arranging it in advance by coordinating with the factory manager and planning head. • Coordination with the planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on monthly demand and arranging the production line according to it. • Performing time study, method study, and motion study for new products and new operators to improve the process.

•I was trained to prepare standard work preparation for various work processes by coordinating with the Project team and production team for new model Car bumper production. •I was extensively trained on Toyota lean system like to meet daily production targets with 0 defects and waste, focusing on troubleshooting by finding out the root cause of the problem, Toyota Quality management, inventory system, 5s, and kaizen.
