I am working with a technical support team, responsible for providing technical support (L2), perform RCA of issues/errors through logs/code, provide fix if resolvable through SQL script otherwise report it to development team. Deployment of releases on sanity environment. Perform startup test on the test and production stage. I have successfully optimized the slow performance query and contributed to the knowledge base by adding detailed troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.

I was part of the scraping operations team. I transitioned 100+ crawlers from legacy tool - Cogenta to new the tool – Prometheus and build the new 30+ crawlers on Prometheus. Peer review of data and crawler’s configuration of a website. I performed the daily health check activity of the overall system – services, data collections etc. I got an opportunity to visit Romania for training. Our work and expertise enabled senior management to successfully transition the team from Romania to Pakistan.
