Service Request BT Owner and Ownership of project. Coordinating with and engaging BT Project Team SRM’s , SRM leadership, or other related stakeholders to help with escalations, regional language issues, and other issues that require BT assistance. Creates meeting minutes for internal and Client facing for project meetings. Consolidates the proposal input from Technical Designer (TD), Delivery Project Manager (DPM) & other stakeholders and putting the costing/pricing information into final proposal.

Prioritizing invoices in accordance with probability of cash discounts as well as other terms of payment Ensuring that vendors/supplier are paid in time by closely monitoring the aged invoices and resolving them quickly through direct interaction with the suppliers and the procurement. Indexing and Processing Invoices, Check requests, Credit Memo, Statements etc. Helping Exception team to resolve pending invoices from their queue and ensuring timely payment for the same.
