• Set and track KPIs, including defect rates, First Pass Yield (FPY) non-conformance reports, and customer complaints, for continuous improvement in product quality. • Evaluated, audited, and collaborated with suppliers to ensure consistent material quality and resolve any quality issues promptly. • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to address quality issues and improve material quality • Identify and assess potential risks in the production process that could impact product quality.

Conduct thorough inspections at every stage of production, including raw material verification, in-process checks, and final product testing to ensure adherence to technical drawings and BOM. Perform supplier and vendor audits to assess the quality of incoming materials and components. Ensure final fabricated structures are inspected, tested, and certified as meeting all applicable standards before delivery to clients or before moving to the next stage of assembly.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of heavy fabricated parts through inspections and audits during all stages of the fabrication process (cutting, bending, welding, and assembly) to ensure the parts as per technical drawings, BOM, and welding standards (AWS, ASME). Conduct visual inspections and NDT techniques on welded joints to ensure proper weld penetration, strength, and integrity according to QAP. Identified and reported non-conformances to engineering and management for corrective action
