In this position, I am able to manage 30+ support engineers located across EMEA to provide technical support services to our business partners and high-value customers. Provided technical mentoring, problem resolution when difficult customers engagements where needed. Developed corporate policies and procedures for implementation and usage of corporate technology assets. Ensured users adhered to these technology guidelines. Implemented processes and procedures to streamline productivity.

In this position, main job role include to strengthen professional relationships with team members to resolve various issues quickly. I am able to check products for quality assurance according to strict guidelines. Mentored newly hired employees on in-commission tools and developed a training manual for reference. Instructed junior team members on protocols and procedures of each station to maximize contributions.

In this experience, my main job tasks and responsibilities include to provide immediate resolution to the escalated issue when the issue appeared to be carrier related. I performed root cause analysis of reported issues to enact corrections. Actively served as Member of knowledge-centred support ‘KCS foundations & leader’ by SGSA. Efficiently liaised with stakeholders to share critical technical information and deliver project updates.

In this role, I am able to deliver complex projects while leading cross-functional teams located in various countries. I gained project management experience and coordinated discussions on technical issues with telecom operators and the R&D centre. Analyzed key performance indicators (KPI) and customer delivery reports (CDR), delivering decision-critical reports. Assessed the impact of modification requests for ongoing projects. Identified technical risks within managed projects.

Conducting drive tests for Wi-Fi access points. Developing localization algorithms for implementing state of the art Wi-Fi maps.

In my last position as Test Engineer, I am able to implement agile testing methodology with development team-scrum in Israel, part of NMS testing group for system integration tests, client scenario tests and large network tests. NM’s/EMs/ embedded installation, configuration and maintenance on x86 &spark servers. Analyzed test results and prepared system-level evaluation reports to validate system performance. Created comprehensive test plans, test scripts and use cases to support testing objectives.

Lead project Ethernet data over SDH network (EoS). Network Management Software (NMS/EMS) for SDH/PDH and Ethernet data. CCNA (Cisco Networking Certification) and Layer-3 Routing Protocols.
