Primary responsibilities under that role were Incident handling, Problem handling, Deployments, Testing and Monitoring across IN/OCS platform. Here worked with telecom operators in India and Oman.

They built their own tool where you can configure and run set of system and application related commands. Tool does analyses of outputs and prepares report in excel. This report will have proactive suggestions or actions which customer should take to avoid future outages or further damages.
