-Supply Chain Logistics Cost performance management, reporting and planning/budgeting -Continuously improve Logistics forecast accuracy through understanding cost drivers -Supply Chain overheads controlling with a focus on Headcount and Personnel Costs -Managing regional overhead budget, controlling, reporting and conducting variance analysis -Integrating and supporting the region to global supply chain finance standards -Ensuring supply chain finance requirements are in line with SAP design

-Monthly Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting within below scope -Monthly Direct Headcount Reviews (TR, RU, IN) with Top Management (Regional COO) -Regional SC Headcount/Workforce Capacity (FTE) (TR, RU, IN) and TR Personnel Costs -Ensure continuously improving and monitoring of Direct Purchasing and Logistics' KPI's -Preparation and analyzing of monthly direct purchasing cost deviation reports -RPA deployment of regular monthly tasks within the department as a Project Leader, leading 2 project students

-Timekeeping & FlexBen -Flexible benefits invoice tracking & distribution organization -Organization chart development support -Annual leave tracking & team member of process development -Data validation of annual leaves -25th & 10th Year Organisation support (for employees who fulfil their 25th & 10th Year in company) -BuP1/HRL intranet pages editor -Support for departments' workshops
