Managed the successful product launch of a revolutionary new carbon fiber yarn. Sourced and introduced the mass technology driven SGL to new markets by developing the market entry strategy including pricing and distribution.

Created and commanded a new company from scratch and designed a new 6 month leadership training curriculum for non-commissioned officers under a tight time frame of mandated 4 weeks.

Germany, Austria United States Successfully commanded units from squads to platoons throughout Germany. Trained and counseled military and civilian units for their international deployments.

Created a strong unit of different expertise and nationalities. Successfully led the unit under high pressure and in sensitive situations through the 6 month deployment.

Successfully compiled and presented the annual strategy of the showroom team to senior management and prepared, executed and wrapped up the VIP opening event of the 3 month exhibition “Emotion M”.

Graduated from Army Officer School with Honors and was elected to lead a delegation of German officers during a training and liaison assignment in Fort Sill, OK and Washington, D.C., United States.
