Developed marketing and ad campaigns which grew sales from $3.5 million to $9.5 million in 4 yrs. Created all marketing materials, catalogs, monthly advertising, web presence and sales materials. Directed graphic artists and trained salespeople to output client files. Designed and maintained the web site and later duplicated it in Spanish. Directed the graphic transition from Linotronic film to Agfa composed film and later supervised the graphic and prepress transition to 300 line screen printing.
