-Primary site contact outside site monitoring visits. -Performing remote site management activities on assigned projects in accordance with FDA and/or local regulations and guidelines, ICH GCPs, and PPD procedural documents. -Contacting study sites to resolve issues, request outstanding information, and collect study documents. -Discussing enrollment status, targets, and strategies during site management contacts. -Reviewing study data from various sources remotely.

-Supporting CRA and RSM at their activities. -Providing support with document quality checks, tracking, and filing in eTMF -Conducting eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) file reviews and updating CTMS. -Sending regulatory, ethics, and various other documents to sites.
