In my civil service at the University of Basel, I worked in the lab of Prof. Andreas Papassotiropoulos. My main tasks were the isolation of DNA from human blood- and saliva samples as well as administrative duties. I also supported the Biodatabase management in organising and maintaining the sample database.

This project was a collaboration with Jade Glashauser in order to address the protein localisation mechanism underlying the tricellular localisation of the Anakonda protein. To do so, we applied CRISPR/Cas9- and RMCE-based strategies.
