Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL) of the University of Valencia (Spain). Area of research: “Safety Culture in the Nuclear Industry”. This project deals with the assessment and optimization of organizational factors and their impact on safety performance in Nuclear Power Plants.

Responsible for annual leave records, probation administration and induction meetings. Involved in recruitment and general HR administration. Reference point for internal and external HR queries.

Running the commercial desk: Recruiting for commercial roles. Business development calls. Visiting current, potential and prospective clients. Weekly reporting on KPI´s. Advertising. Issuing contracts of employment.

Recruitment for IT roles. Dealing with Universities to recruit potential candidates. Reporting to manager (internal surveys, dynamics, interviews, etc). Library / Archives Control and Management.

Recruitment from initial screening to placement (including face to face competency based interviews, aptitude and professional tests). Dealing with Health Services procedures. Designing ads.
