Consulting on management, development, training, & evaluation of on-ice hockey officials & officiating coaches. Providing expertise on game day operations, rules & regulations, disciplinary & player safety issues, including the creation of video resources. Independent source of officiating expertise for media outlets & other interested parties. Coaching or public speaking on the topics of hockey officiating, ethics & fairness, communication and the opportunities of leadership in modern society.

Responsible for the officiating department operations in Switzerland’s top three leagues, including the assigning, supervision, evaluation, education, training and recruiting of officials for the Swiss National League. Responsible for managing an active staff of approximately 80 on-ice officials, 12 Supervisors and various levels of support staff. Responsible for the oversight and leadership of the SIHF National Amateur Officiating programs.

Member of the first group of Professional Hockey Referees in Europe. Worked up to 110 games per season, including international league games through the IIHF Referee Exchange Program in Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, and Sweden.
