Providing external services for the Pisa Project of Evonik Industries AG and I am responsible for duties below: • comparing quantities in delivery notes with purchase orders using related tools • matching invoice amounts of vendors with purchase orders by checking SAP • preparing distribution of invoice items according to the positions on SAP for the accounts payable department to record. • quantity and amount reconciliations with vendors at the end each purchase order

My duties seen on this internship are following trainer instructions, getting familiar with office operations, gathering and analyzing data, examining company accounts, determining financial risk sources, writing reports, and learning about company procedures and legislation in the area.
