TECHDE is the product, technology and AI advisory studio I run, organized in three connected areas. TECHDE Advisory works with founders and product leaders on product strategy, AI adoption, ProductOps, digital transformation and fractional product leadership. TECHDE Studio is where I build small AI-native digital products using modern AI-assisted development workflows. TECHDE Lab is where I write and talk about what I am building, what works, and what does not.

• Built and led e-commerce mobile apps from scratch. • Achieved 10M+ downloads and quadrupled active users with a team of 20. • Elevated app rating to 4.7, ranking in the top 5 shopping apps. • Boosted mobile revenue by 2.5 times.

• Led a project to develop new ideas and business designs for creating new revenue streams, aligning with market needs and emerging trends, utilizing Arcelik's extensive customer service assets serving over 4 million homes annually with 650+ service points, 6,500 technicians, and 5,500 vehicles. • Generated approximately 300 business ideas, concept designed 8 prominent ideas, and business modeled, prototyped, and tested 2 strategic ideas. Ultimately, one of these ideas was realized by Arcelik.

Collaborated on product strategy and business planning for multi-million dollar projects of a key client at Atolye; • Developed product strategies and business plans for Arcelik, operating in 50+ countries with 14 brands in white goods and electronics. • Innovated and strategized for market leader proptech company Hepsiemlak. • Provided business plan analysis for investment in a Silicon Valley internet startup. • Assisted in strategizing and planning for Atolye's new investments in Abu Dhabi.

• Provided data-driven strategy, business design, and planning consultancy for an innovative project. • Developed a comprehensive 5-year business and financial plan from the ideation stage. • Worked on all aspects of business design including product roadmap, profit and loss calculations, and human resources planning. • Received an offer to lead the project as a senior executive, which was declined due to different career plans.

• Provided data collection, cleansing/deduplication, and data management services for one of Turkey's largest databases.

• Acquired by Canadian Busbud.com during the consultancy period. • Advised on acquisition and merger strategies, and localized global digital products. • Optimized product and IT management processes and tools. • Defined scopes for product enhancement and development.

• Led digital transformation, enterprise systems, and PMO for a brand owning 5 labels across multiple countries, with an engineering team of 200+. • Conducted analysis and restructuring of business processes, introducing efficiency-enhancing innovative solutions. • Managed Salesforce.com and customer service applications, boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction for 3 org. • Served as the admin of Jira, supporting the digital transformation of development and business processes with these tools.

• Transformed startup Emlakjet.com into a key market player following acquisition by iLab Holding. • Achieved growth from 400 to 7,000+ corporate members and from 18 to 120 employees. • Managed enterprise systems including CRM (Salesforce.com), product management systems, and payment solutions. • As an admin of Jira and Confluence, effectively utilized these tools for digitalizing both development and business processes. • Established innovative data warehousing, BI solutions, and web data analytics.

Consulted on investments in real estate (emlakjet.com) and auto. (arabam.com) portals. • Led pre-acquisition market research, competitor analysis, data analytics, strategy, and resource planning for the acquisition of arabam.com by iLab Ventures, valued at $5 million. • Conducted product and strategic planning, go-to-market strategy planning, post-acquisition merger management, and team building.

• Provided strategic consulting in business and product design during the transition from a content site to a ticketing platform. • Secured investment from Rocket Internet, one of Europe's largest investment firms, following this transformation.

• Led the establishment and general management of the startup. • Headed strategy, business design, and product management. • Alongside entrepreneurial activities, provided consultancy in IT, E-Commerce, Product Management, CRM, and Business Planning to various firms, including Turkey's 2 major e-commerce platforms and a global social network (confidential) project.

• During the consultancy period, the newly established altincicadde.com received investment from Turkey's leading e-commerce brand with a first year revenue target of approximately $600,000. • Provided consultancy in business planning, product/project management, and team-building pre and post-investment. • By 2021, Hepsiburada’s valuation reached $4 billion.

• Led prod.modeling, project planning, and team-building consultancy for a new brand. • As the first employee on this project, I independently executed prod.modeling and project planning, spearheading the formation of the IT team. • Post the incorporation of Modagram into TY, the company reported an 80% growth, becoming 2.5 times larger than its closest competitor. • In 2018, TY increased its valuation to $11 billion with Alibaba's investment of $350 million. • By 2021, TY's valuation reached $16.5 billion.

Digital Product & PMO Manager • Led hurriyetemlak.com's transformation into TR's most-loved proptech platform. • Grew the IT team from 3 to 30 and overall staff from 15 to 150. • Established the PMO. • Oversaw web analytics, reporting, and new release management. Full-stack Software Developer • Developed 3 websites. • Managed portal DBs. UI Design and Frontend Development Lead • Led UI design and frontend dev. for 3 websites. • Defined and enhanced HTML, JavaScript, and CSS standards. • Managed the team.

• Managed B2B and B2C e-commerce and IT operations. • Led the team and managed budget. • Developed websites for Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, and Jeep to international standards. • Launched Turkey's first B2B and B2C e-commerce/internet branch projects. • Established intranet and internet platforms. • Conducted full-stack web development (ASP, MS.SQL, MS.Access, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). • Managed an IT infrastructure investment of approximately 500,000 USD.
