Ensuring highest level of service in our VIP areas on matchday:  Being the base point for our Premium customers’ needs.  Overseeing the efficient run of all aspects of the hospitality service.  Liaising with both internal functions and external providers (catering, guest services, facilities...)  Identifying operational challenges and finding effective solutions on the spot. Developing Hospitality strategy. Promoting Sales of VIP memberships throughout the season.

Identifying & approaching new suitable partners in the different markets. Establishing and keeping positive and productive relationships with partners. Negotiating key commercial agreements. Developing partner presentations. Supporting and executing partners activations. Evaluating performance of partnership activities.

Managing of 4 Official Stores (setting up 2 of them) Product strategy: pricing, stocks, product lay-out, promotional campaigns, new products, market trends analysis. Staff management: recruitment, training, career development, procedures book. Up to 20 staff. Reporting to Head of Marketing: kpis, annual budget and achieved targets.

Consistently exceeded set punctuality targets and achieved goals. Received positive feedback recognition from client service review. Responsible for: All safety requirements as set out by guidelines issued by the International Airline Service Board. Premium customers on flights where every consideration needs to be met
