Reviewing and proofreading English documents. This includes primarily research articles and grant applications written by members of the research group, Computer Assisted Surgery. Proofreading scientific documents with regards to spelling, grammar, and general linguistic style.

Ensure projects remain on budget and preform weekly sales forecast. Prepare and submit specification submittals, change orders and purchase orders. Coordinate with customers and colleagues to ensure project adheres with the projected timeline. Clarifying technical specifications with customers through quality assurance.

Analyzed and compiled student data into concise spreadsheets for statistical purposes. Hosted weekly meetings with the Dean and staff members to prepare for campus events. Problem-solved students’ academic concerns and concentrated on how to increase student participation in college events. Aided in projects outside given tasks to increase efficiency and helped other staff meet their deadlines Helped answer the front desk phone during peak hours when the staff was overwhelmed.

Taught classes consisting of approximately twenty students each during the summer, fall and spring semesters; (subjects taught include: chemistry, physics, mathematics, and Matlab programming). Hosted office hours outside personal school schedule to clarify any questions students may have and prepare students for upcoming exams. Tutored five students individually per semester and personally created study guides and additional practice examples.

Responsible for filing, phone calls, and interacting with students on campus. Trained new office assistants of protocols and systems. Utilized computer systems to schedule appointments and documents. Made copies of files and organized documents. Interacted with students walking into the office and directing them to appointed staff.
