•Planning, executing, monitoring development and improvement of product engineering considering budget and manufacturing processes from planning phase to production •Conduct basic research to innovate and introduce new products to the market and improve existing products according to market studies •Track costs and quality behavior of existent products and propose improvements from engineering point of view to reduce costs and improve quality •Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals

•Tooling engineering using computer-aided design (CAD) to develop and improve injection molds, thermoforming molds and press dies for product manufacturing. •Planning, executing and monitoring tooling design, considering periods and budget. •Produce and revise final drawings, CAM specifications, part list, assembly and operating specifications for all areas involved in tooling production.

•Product engineering using computer-aided design (CAD) to develop and improve products, considering production performance criteria and costs. •Design and manufacturing of prototypes for testing and demonstration. •Define and develop with suppliers appropriate materials for product manufacturing. •Produce final drawings, specifications, part list and assembly specifications for all areas involved in production.
