Successfully scaled the company from a 2-man operation to a full production facility with 15+ employees. Developed processes to ensure the smooth operation of the company's internal and external production pipelines. Designed and implemented the company's DevOps infrastructure to facilitate frictionless collaboration between the company's art, engineering and QA departments. Oversaw the design and implementation of the company's cloud-based server infrastructure.

Focus on developing content for a wide range of entertainment platforms with an emphasis on film, television and mobile applications. Developed, pitched and sold a TV adaptation of “The Lords of Flatbush” to Lionsgate Television.

Developed, pitched and sold “Street Soldiers”, an original one-hour TV drama, to Sony Pictures Television. Wrote script notes for various Marvel projects. Served as liaison to various film studios and entertainment agencies. Represented the company as panelist and judge at the Austin Film Festival.

Rebuilt the development department after company-wide restructuring. Created a database-driven system to streamline the tracking of screenplay, manuscript and article submissions. Re-established the company’s College Outreach program and oversaw the hiring of interns.

Assisted Sid Ganis during the production of two Academy Award telecasts and the production of the 2006 film “Akeelah And The Bee”. Created an online system to manage and maintain schedules and call logs.
