Support the management decisions supervising business KPI. Development of enhance controlling tools and corporate reports with BI applications (Business Object, SAS and Advanced MS Office). Focus on specific issues: profitability and efficiency evaluation for corporate branches, retail lines and products, through the whole business cycle. Research of connections between business processes to anticipate the effects of recovery plans. Close connection with ICT to ensure proper evolution of BI models.

I developed a Business Intelligence course based on Qlik View tools, expecially designed to empower the internal Controlling and Sales Structures in order to answer Business Analysis Demands of a Multinational Company client (ALFA LAVAL Italy).

I developed the preliminary analysis and the practicality study for a new software meant to support apprenticeship contracts and vocational training, dealing with prospects and specialist. I oversaw the development, test and commercial offer.

Support of management decisions supervising business KPI with periodical institutional reports, specific analysis and data-focused projects. Link between insurance business needs and information technology solutions. IT and process-optimization support, developing best practice procedures and office-automated solutions for data storing, front end data mining and report analysis. Active part in the analysis and setting up of the business Data Ware House with Business Object technology.

Working as an external consultant, I dealt with clients, focusing their needs, in order to set up proactive procedures and develop software solutions. I coped with several matters: Employers Management, Marketing, Quality & Safety Office, Training, Risk Management, Network and Data Centre.

I taught in several classes with students of different ages and concerns. I often had confirmation of the effectiveness of my teaching methods, delving main topics with reality based examples suggested by the students themselves.
