Lead the planning, organization, direction and control of resources (staff, budget, equipment and materials) addressed to execution of works from the electric power Distribution and Transmission major projects under my responsibility, to achieve successfully their scope as well as their requirements: technical, budget and time execution.

Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as well as the development of normative documents for Power Distribution activities and Process, to ensure the use of approved material resources and to have standardized nationwide implementation rules.

•Strategic support to the Distribution and Marketing Vice •Formulation of short, medium and long term Planning for the Power Distribution System •Drafting and development of normative documents containing technical standards and criteria for design and construction works. •Refurnish of Power Distribution transformers, medium voltage switches and Luminaries for public lighting as a strategy to reduce the supply maintenance cost. •Coordination and maintenance of emergency power plants.

Leading and Managing the planning process of the power distribution operation system through lifelong diagnosis of the Distribution Network operating conditions, development of corrective actions, contingency plans and coordination of their implementation, in order to ensure efficient electrical supply, in a safe, timely and reliable way.

Lead and manage the logistic and financial processes to support all the operating units through the administration and control of warehouse inventory, materials delivery for the power distribution works, maintenance the vehicles fleets, maintenance of facilities from the Operation Center, elaboration and administration of the annual budget and petty cash management, revenue collection and payments of property services.

Lead, Manage and Maintain processes of Power Distribution System through formulation, coordination, implementation and monitoring of plans for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as budgeted contingency plans, as a means to preserve the system and its components within standard design and security, to ensure their operability and the reliability of electricity supply.

Planning, execution, monitoring and controlling processes of engineering, construction and inspection of works (electromechanical and civil) related to small, medium and large projects for Power Distribution System needed to provide electricity to new customers, as well as to adapt and develop the network needed to have the system within technical conditions standards, in order to supply the current and future energy demand, efficiently, safely, timely and reliably.
