Responsible for Procurement Information. Reporting/ Tracking of KPI’s, Negotiations, Budget control and the development of Information System. Equally responsible for introducing new tools and ways of working within the company: • KPI’s development and analysis; • Support on implementation of the Benefit Tracking tool; • Suppliers Performance Management; • Spending Analysis; • Budgeting and Forecasting; • Procurement Strategy.

Responsible for cost – benefit transactional analysis within the Financial Department, as well as Billing and Reporting and also invoice checking. I was equally responsible for ensuring, on a monthly basis, the monitoring of accounts closure and analysis of results in Portugal, Spain, Mozambique, South Africa, Mexico and Brazil. • Transactional analysis - cost – benefict; • Billing, invoice checking; • Account analysis and reporting to administration.

Reporting of received notifications to Estradas de Portugal. I was also responsible for toll rates update, internal auditing (collecting processes) and the implementation of new procedures and income control. I also performed billing and account analysis. I was also assigned with the development of a Dashboard where several KPI’s were automatically calculated, providing a total control in real time. • Transactional analysis; • Accounting and process audit; • Reporting, Control and Development.

Within the Administrative and Financial Department, I was responsible for the analysis of credit plans and the treatment of failed operations – changing commissions, warranties, and invoicing. • Analysis and Reporting; • Financial plans restructuring.

One month after starting my Bs in IT Management, I began working in Ascendi as Toll Operator. Within two years, by decision of the board, I was promoted to Principal - being responsible for registering all events regarding the Toll Operation process, and also for ensuring that all personnel, equipment and procedures were well carried out. I continued working in Ascendi throughout my Bs studies, the bank internship, and during the position in SPGM, up until the time I got the position of Rev Manager.

Whilst in BES my job consisted in providing commercial and administrative support, in the promotion and marketing of financial products, in the assistance of customer management and also in the backing of treasury and cash. • Commercial/ administrative assistance; • Financial products promotion; • Customer managment; • Treasury management support.
