Deploy global projects from packaging POV ensuring transitions with no impact to the business and maintaining brand equity globally. Control improvement plans and saving projects in key areas. Work closely with artwork development and design studios to meet project timings and success criteria’s.

Manage and coordinate several functions such as engineering, research and development, design, marketing, legal, regulatory, product supply, strategic purchases. Achieve committed dates for launch considering inventories, NPI, legal restrictions, local regulations, individual market characteristics and equipment installation. Manage and report risks and their mitigation and contingency plans to the team and to top management.

Develop RPM Supply Chain Capability and Capacity to deliver supply base support BOP and SGM growth for Nonwoven Materials Ensure raw materials availability in several production sites in LA and in some cases at global level. Managing inventories and depletion of raw materials, packaging and spare parts. Support strategic purchases in negotiations with supplier from inventories POV. Develop site level agreements with suppliers. Plan material and technology transitions from suppliers around the world.

Develop packaging specifications for mass production machines, the diapers assembly lines. Provide technical support to massive production sites, with the implementation of new products, new equipment and new technologies. Trained and qualified as regional contact for printing quality manager for Latin America in Procter and Gamble Baby Care division.
