- Advise management on performance appraisals, development, compensation, employee engagement and other topics - Implement global HR projects (e.g. Performance Management, Team Purpose...) - Execute the internal training offered (Feedback Workshops, Team Purpose Workshops, Social Styles…) - Handle all administrative matters throughout the employee lifecycle in three countries independently (GER, PL, UK). - Be the contact person for our teams in the respective locations and support in all HR related matters
